Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning components, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
  • Collaborate with other trades team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of related work experience in building repairs, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.
  • Knowledge of building elements, codes, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to solve problems, manage information, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
