Job Title: Financial Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial systems and producing reporting solutions for our accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial systems and ensure timely and accurate reporting to end users
  • Coordinate with business partners and supervise staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement financial reporting solutions using Oracle Databases, PowerBI, and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and complex consolidations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance/accounting system and data interpretation
  • 3+ years managing financial system projects with end-to-end lifecycles or other supervisory experience desired
  • Experience with Oracle Databases, PowerBI, PBCS, data integration, data visualization, Blackline, and MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and complex consolidations
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
