About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and manage a team of crew members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor performance and take corrective action to maintain high standards
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure efficient operations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
