The Physical Therapist will serve as a crucial partner in the patient’s journey to regain mobility and enhance their overall functionality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address patients' goals and needs
  • Deliver cost-effective treatment solutions to enhance clients' mobility
  • Minimize reliance on medications and provide non-surgical alternatives
  • Formulate care plans utilizing diverse treatment techniques
  • Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Deliver quality, personalized, evidence-based care and interventions
  • Encourage patients throughout their treatment to help them achieve optimal functionality
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and communicate patient progress effectively
  • Document all patient care services accurately

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current Florida Doctor of Physical Therapy License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Utilization of proper body mechanics
Normal concentration and complexity in decision-makingStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbove-average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
