Position Overview:
We are in search of skilled automotive service specialists who possess a vibrant spirit, work well in a team environment, and maintain a positive outlook. We seek professionals who can effectively diagnose issues and provide solutions with honesty, clarity, and a strong commitment to prioritizing our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As automotive service specialists, you will utilize your expertise to assess and repair vehicles for our clients. You will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and experience as an automotive technician across a diverse array of both foreign and domestic vehicles. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough and transparent digital vehicle inspections.
- Collaborating with team members to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Upholding our rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Working collectively to resolve challenges, meet objectives, and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:
- A positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service.
- ASE Certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
- Comfort working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently utilize hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Competence in navigating computer systems.
