Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and adjust care plans based on patient progress and needs.
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers on patient care techniques, medication administration, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, care plans, and communication with healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in a home care or similar setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in pediatric care techniques.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
  • COVID Vaccine is required.
