Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide expert supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis to provide evidence-based services.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • State licensure, if applicable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
