This role will assist both the Human Resources and Marketing teams with essential administrative and clerical work, including planning and executing internal firm events, new hire tasks, campus recruitment activities, marketing materials, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and execution of internal firm events, including meetings, recognition events, and community outreach.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist with new hire tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Participate in campus recruitment activities, including job posting, resume tracking, and student communications.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Coordinate external firm-sponsored events and related communications.
- Maintain internal marketing team communications and manage marketing projects in Smartsheet.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
