Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and internal teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during times of acute distress or emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and company regulations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Provide education and resources to empower clients and their families in managing mental health concerns.
- Participate in regular professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Active Florida Medical License or in the process of obtaining one.
- Completed master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
