At The ERM International Group Limited, we are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards. You will contribute to an environment where employee health and safety is preserved.

The ideal candidate will bring working knowledge of H&S technical capability and deep understanding of business processes to help our clients proactively address their health and safety risks and challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance on safety-related compliance projects
  • Developing safety procedures, plans, permits, and reports
  • Assessing regulatory compliance across various safety programs and environmental media
  • Performing compliance audits and implementing follow-up corrective actions
  • Designing and implementing safety management systems and programs for clients
  • Conducting training, field coaching, and assessment for safety performance improvement projects
  • Providing on-site H&S compliance support at client facilities

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in safety, occupational health, engineering, or related degree
  • 3 to 7 years relevant consulting experience in working with significant industrial clients on regulatory compliance and sustainable H&S compliance programs
  • Certification in field; ASP/CSP, CIH, PE, or similar registration highly desirable
