Position Title: Maintenance Technician Level

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will execute maintenance and repair tasks across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems within the manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes a diverse range of production maintenance activities with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold maintenance standards while delivering effective maintenance solutions.
  • Oversee the upkeep of equipment and facilities through a preventive and predictive maintenance program.
  • Utilize the CMMS work order system to manage and document tasks.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are operational to maximize uptime.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Industrial trades certification from an accredited institution and/or Journeyman status is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an industrial maintenance capacity.
  • Fully skilled in multiple crafts including machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and robotics.
  • Experience as an industrial controls electrician is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various PLC Logic platforms (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for automated systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Understanding of relevant codes and regulations.
