Role Overview:

The Warehouse Replenishment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient restocking of store shelves. This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are properly stocked and easily accessible to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
  • Receive and organize shipments from vendors
  • Participate in inventory audits and implement process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure proper stocking of store shelves

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
