POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our high-performance team and be a part of our journey to shape the future of the United States data center community by delivering resilient and sustainable solutions that make a difference.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating the storage and movement of materials within or between manufacturing locations. This individual tracks inventory, maintains accurate stock levels, and investigates inventory discrepancies. This role will be reporting to the Production Manager and involves collaboration and communication with the department team to meet production timelines. Candidates will have a keen eye for detail, organizational prowess, compliance with all safety rules and regulations, and continuous improvement-oriented behavior. Previous experience in manufacturing is strongly desired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- INVENTORY CONTROL – Process daily shipments received and allocate to designated project or department. Evaluate and ensure received products comply with ESI Quality Control standards. Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Maintain organization and tracking of current part and tool inventory.
- INVENTORY OPERATIONS – Processes inventory orders, logs items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory and moves product from the stock room or warehouse to the required location, and vice versa. Inspects shipments of new stock as they come in, checks to make sure orders have been filled correctly, and looks for damage; enact plans to correct damaged or incorrect orders.
- INVENTORY ANALYSIS – Runs inventory analyses to solve inventory issues and reconciles item balances. Compiles reports on inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
KEY TEAM JOB TASKS
- Shipping and Receiving parts and materials, conducting physical inventory counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and overseeing inventory control and management processes
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Servant Leadership in developing and building a high-performance inventory-control system.
- Working experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment, qualified in use of forklift and inventory tracking systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working as an inventory coordinator.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
