Job Purpose:

The primary goal of this role is to provide technical assistance to our office and field personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Prioritize and respond to help desk requests in a courteous, respectful, and timely manner using a help ticket system and by phone.
  • Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktop and laptop computers, printers, Android-based cell phones and PDAs, and VoIP phones.
  • Provide software support for products, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and a continually developing line of business application.
  • Create and maintain user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Create and maintain documentation for end users and IT staff.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other reasonably related business duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in IT or an associate degree in computer science or related field required.
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Some travel, including overnight and weekends, will be required.
  • Must be available for regular attendance at our corporate office during designated work hours and otherwise as needed.
  • With or without accommodation, the employee must be able to communicate effectively with others; sit for extended periods of time; bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
