The Registered Respiratory Therapist plays a crucial role in the Respiratory Services Department, delivering high-quality care under the guidance of established protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement prescribed therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
- AHA BLS certification is mandatory prior to completion of orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills are highly desirable.
- RRT credential from the NBRC is preferred at the start, with a requirement to obtain within 90 days of employment.
