Neurology Headache Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Headache Neurologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of headache disorders and a commitment to advancing patient care through both clinical excellence and research.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with headache conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide consultations and follow-up visits, managing patients by phone or video as appropriate.
- Administer procedures including Botox injections, trigger point injections, and peripheral nerve blocks.
- Collaborate with other specialists to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Provide educational teaching, including working closely with medical students, residents, and fellows, and attending physicians through teaching rounds, formal rounds, and lectures at CSMC and affiliated institutions.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in the field.

We offer competitive total compensation, including pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range for this role is $247,000 - $438,000 total cash compensation.
Qualifications- Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or recognized equivalent.
- Completed UCNS accredited Fellowship in Headache Medicine.
- Unrestricted California license as Physician.
- CSMC Medical Staff Membership.
- Commitment to developing and fostering a multidisciplinary collaborative approach to patient care.
- Demonstrated competence in continuous quality improvement processes.
- Evidence of exceptional academic, clinical, and professional accomplishment.
- A track record of excellence in teaching, patient care, and administration.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and computer competency.
