Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee or engage in complex initiatives and deliverables, leveraging data-driven analytical methods to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and formulate recommendations that influence broader strategic planning.
- Provide solutions that take into account market trends, regulatory implications, and risk management considerations.
- Conduct business segmentation, customer profiling, benchmarking, forecasting, and vintage analysis to develop effective strategies.
- Assist the business in understanding revenue streams, pricing structures, customer complaints, and feedback through insightful analytics.
- Deliver timely, executive-level communications that enable actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Articulate insights and recommendations clearly using data, catering to a diverse audience, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure all product-related initiatives comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Work autonomously or with minimal supervision.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or as an agile product owner, or equivalent experience through a combination of work history, training, military service, or education.
- Experience with Consumer and Small Business Deposit Payment Products (e.g., Wires, Bank Transfers, Bill Pay, Zelle).
- Proficiency in analyzing data to pinpoint issues or opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills; adept at utilizing data to support business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and create presentations.
- Ability to generate reports and insights that facilitate decision-making across various business sectors, including root-cause analysis of complaints and reporting on service level agreements and key risk indicators.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills within a matrixed organization, fostering effective relationships across multiple business and functional areas.
- Driven, enthusiastic, and performance-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects of moderate to high complexity simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in identifying and resolving issues.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
- Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations and effectively communicating with senior leaders concisely.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment across all organizational levels, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability, particularly in virtual settings.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and process mapping.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
