We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Specialist to join our team at ITC Defense. As a CI Analyst III, you will play a critical role in supporting the Counterintelligence Division for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct CI Activities: Conduct investigations, operations, collection, analysis, and production to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities, and activities.
- Support MDA Programs: Integrate CI products, services, and defensive CI activities into all MDA programs and activities to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities, and deployed MDS assets worldwide.
- Provide CI Support: Provide CI support to Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Conferences and other Off-Site Events, Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Research, Development & Acquisition (RDA) Programs, and Missile Defense System (MDS) Deployment Activities.
- Support CI Investigations: Support CI Investigations and Operations, Participate in the CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) Program, Support CI Research and Analysis & Production, Support Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) and Telecommunications Electronics Materials Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST), and Support the Cyber Forensics Laboratory (CFL).
- Operations Management: Support Operations Management and CI SCIF Operations, Execute analytical taskings, Develop and utilize analytical tools, techniques, and processes, and Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in a relevant field.
- CI Training: Formal CI training and certified to USD/I approved standards.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience on a missile defense-related or DoD program.
- Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility.
- Skills: Able to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems, Must be able to provide direction and support to teams, Executes analytical tasks utilizing analytical techniques and processes, and Be able to develop and utilize analytical tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities.
