Counterintelligence Specialist

System High Corporation is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Specialist to join our team at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field, such as security or counterintelligence, is preferred.

The selected candidate will perform various tasks, including:

• Providing CI support to Test and Evaluation Activities
• Supporting Agency Research, Development, and Acquisition Programs and MDS Deployment Activities
• Supporting the CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) Program
• Conducting Operational liaison with federal, state, and local CI and Law Enforcement agencies
• Supporting CI Investigations and Operations

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• 8+ years of experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects
• Formal CI training and certification to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02
• Clearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
