Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering onsite therapy services aimed at improving the communication abilities of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language requirements.
2. Create and execute tailored therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
3. Provide direct therapy sessions to students and monitor their progress.
4. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to align therapy objectives with classroom activities and support comprehensive student growth.
5. Engage in IEP meetings and assist in the formulation of Individualized Education Programs.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is preferred.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in an educational environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential.
