Clinic-Based Therapy with Comprehensive Support

As an SLP at Project Hope, you will operate from one of our eight clinic locations in the upstate. This clinic-based model minimizes travel time and allows you to concentrate on your professional responsibilities and client interactions. The collaborative environment encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing, with a site-specific supervisor available for crisis management support.

  • Dedicated intake and scheduling teams managing all scheduling needs
  • Billing specialists ensuring compliance with all billing requirements
  • Support from HR, Operations, and IT teams in areas such as credentials, training, and technology

Job Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid South Carolina State Licensure
  • CCC or CFs are welcome to apply; supervision will be provided if necessary
  • Physical capability to engage actively with children in various settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 SLP services focused on enhancing language and communication skills
  • Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary therapy team, delivering quality therapy to children with complex communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations for children with ASD referred for speech, language, feeding/swallowing, fluency, voice, resonance, or alternative communication needs
  • Develop both long-term and short-term goals while providing weekly individualized treatment
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate and collaborate with fellow SLPs
  • Work closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and classroom teachers to maximize the effectiveness of speech goals
  • Minimal travel required; standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
