Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic full-time B2B Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with our leadership team, sales personnel, partners, and external marketing agencies to implement our comprehensive Marketing Strategy. This role involves overseeing our CRM, marketing campaigns, digital content, communications, website management, SEO, social media presence, branding, events, and trade shows. The primary focus is on lead generation and enhancing brand visibility, requiring a candidate who can effectively execute, manage, assess, and report on outcomes while adapting to business needs. Ideal candidates will be proactive, creative, and possess strong communication and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance website content and SEO to ensure relevance.
  • Manage the CRM system, implementing customer segmentation and list development.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
  • Execute email and social media marketing campaigns, providing performance reports.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget and vendor co-op funds.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate branding and style guidelines.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and updates to provide competitive insights to the sales team.
  • Prepare marketing presentations for sales meetings.
  • Draft award submissions for the company and its executives.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate events.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for RFPs as needed.
  • Oversee the development of customized marketing collateral and branded merchandise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency with a B2B focus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and Google AdWords.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with image editing and web editing software.
  • Strong project management, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
