Marketing Coordinator

Docutrend Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:- Manage and update our website content and SEO to maintain relevancy and drive traffic to our site.
- Manage our CRM system and implement customer segmentation and list development to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Coordinate marketing and lead generation campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Execute email and social media campaigns and report on results to measure their effectiveness.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget and vendor Co-Op funds to ensure maximum ROI.
- Manage and deploy internal and external communications, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and newsletters.
- Enforce the use of our corporate image and style guide to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on key industry analysts and manufacturers' news and updates to provide competitive data and analysis to our sales team.
- Create marketing presentations for sales meetings to support our sales team's efforts.
- Write award applications for our company and executives to recognize their achievements.
- Organize and participate in various trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and corporate events to showcase our products and services.
- Assist with RFP marketing materials as needed to support our sales team's efforts.
- Oversee the creation of customized marketing collateral and branded merchandise to support our marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency with a B2B focus.
- Experience with CRM programs, email and social marketing tools, and Google AdWords.
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Proficient with image editing and web editing programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and consistently meets deadlines and produces high-quality work.
- Ability to analyze data and present results in a clear and organized fashion.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Salary commensurate with experience ($60K - $70K annually).
