Compensation:

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm.

The Maintenance Technician will be tasked with the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of production and facility machinery to guarantee peak operational performance.

This role encompasses leading inventory evaluations, aiding in the creation or modification of equipment Bill of Materials (BOMs), engaging in the bidding process for external services, and compiling job packages.

A critical component of this position is ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a secure work environment.

The technician must be adaptable, capable of performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining precise records and data analysis to enhance machine functionality.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Maintenance Proficiency: A minimum of 5-9 years of experience as a maintenance technician, with advanced knowledge in handling control and 480-volt electrical circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and preventive maintenance methodologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Skilled in welding, fabrication, and operating electronic instrumentation and related electromechanical or electrohydraulic devices for the testing and maintenance of mechanical, structural, or electrical equipment.
  • Safety Commitment: A strong dedication to safety, including compliance with all safety protocols, active involvement in safety initiatives, and maintaining a flawless safety record.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing production and facility equipment, with the capability to perform emergency and unscheduled repairs while ensuring efficient machine operations.
  • Inventory Management: Experience in overseeing an electronic parts inventory system, planning and coordinating material needs, and supporting the movement and tracking of raw materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $31.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 – 50 hours per week
