Role Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse at The Laurels of Chatham, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering nursing care services and health education to our residents.
- Supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members.
- Administering safe and precise medication-related interventions.
- Assessing residents' health and promptly notifying physicians of any changes in their condition.
- Implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents' health and prevent complications.
- Contributing to residents' assessments and the development of individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- CPR certification or an acceptable exemption.
