Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Davidson, Randolph, and Chatham counties. As a full-time Weekend Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the clinical team.
  • Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary and participate in case management and coordination to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, including prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
