About the Role

At Hasbro, we're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist. This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of goods to our customers across key accounts for a $200m brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a four-month Allocation Plan for approximately $300m of business, constraining plans when necessary and guiding the distribution process.
  • Manage Preorder & Embargo items, organizing monthly meetings with Sales and Marketing, analyzing, tracking, and timing product to retail.
  • Identify, establish, and plan assigned categories merchandise requirements for all accounts retail plan-o-grams throughout the year.
  • Approve, modify, or decline promotions based on product availability, ensuring Hasbro's promotional plans are fulfilled and national distribution of featured product for new launches and ongoing media flights.
  • Support and develop existing and new reports and dashboards in Microsoft's business analytics service, Power BI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Business or Data Science or equivalent experience.
  • Report building and data analytics expertise required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including index match, pivot tables, and power pivots, required; SAP preferred.
  • Experience in programming in PowerBI highly preferred.
  • Allocation planning experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, process, and workflow skills.
  • Proven project management capabilities, able to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize incoming requests.
