Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee EDI workflows, concentrating on ANSI 834 electronic data formats.
  • Examine and validate data within structured files using applications such as Notepad++ or Notepad, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Lead client and vendor discussions post-training, taking responsibility for the testing phase and managing production EDI files.
  • Evaluate file outcomes, provide clear and actionable insights to clients, and handle customer interactions as necessary.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expertise in ANSI 834 electronic data formats, including a solid grasp of loops and segments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail, especially in interpreting data elements within EDI files.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions with clients and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in client onboarding with EDI processes or managing an EDI project from inception to completion.
