Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality RN care in post-acute settings.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to create effective care plans.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and consult with physicians and nursing staff.
  • Administer and oversee treatments and medications.
  • Ensure proper setup and monitoring of medical equipment.
  • Educate residents and families about optimal care options.
  • Conduct lab work, including drawing blood and other fluids.

  • Supervise nursing staff and provide necessary training.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 4 months experience in post-acute or inpatient care.
