Caregiver - Lehighton

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Modivcare. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings.

• Provide professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to clients
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Encourage self-care and independence in clients
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment for clients
• Transport clients, as requested and approved
• Prepare meals and perform household chores, such as laundry and grocery shopping

• Desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate home and community conditions
• Ability to navigate diverse client personalities and behaviors
