Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Associate to join our team at Walmart. As an HR Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, hiring, and development of our associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues and support the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze HR-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
