About the Role

As a Mechanic at First Student, you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety of the children who count on us for a ride to and from school in those classic yellow buses. You will perform maintenance to ensure our fleet of newer vehicles is safe for road travel, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to obtain a CDL (we will train you for this)
  • A passion for growing, learning, and developing your skillset through ASE testing
