The estimated annual salary range for this position is $160,000-$175,000, depending on experience. This compensation package includes base pay, as well as opportunities for incentive pay in accordance with the Company's plan.

Job Description

As a General Dentist at Willamette Dental Group, you will support our team by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions">
  • Evaluating patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans">
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)">
  • Successful completion of a traditional pre-doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing">
  • Knowledge of evidence-based dental practices, axiUm electronic records, and other relevant systems">
  • Fulfillment of all requirements to ensure proper electronic documentation for all care provided to patients">
  • CAMBRA and PEMBRA knowledge, with an emphasis on prevention, risk phases, and risk assessment">
  • Diagnostic terms and information needed to diagnose and treat oral cavity anomalies">
  • Principles and processes for providing customer- and patient-centric experiences">
