Tomorrow's Hope is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Direct Care Professional to join our team. As a member of our direct care staff, you will play a vital role in providing daily training and support to our residents, helping them to enhance their lives and become as independent as possible.

As a certified direct care professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide daily training in various life skills, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, eating, communication, behavior modification, social skills, money management, and community skills. You will also be responsible for attending and passing required trainings, such as Assistance With Medications, CPR/FA, and Mandt, and consistently implementing client schedules and programs on a daily basis.

You will work closely with our lead workers, house managers, and QIDP/TC to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This includes collecting and recording accurate data and other required documentation, preparing meals as assigned, and ensuring that all clients' rights are upheld.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a valid State ID, clearance from the Department of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit, and a GED or higher. Certified in CPR/FA, Mandt, and Assistance with Medication Administration (can complete within 60 days of hire).
