Desktop Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient and prompt on-site and remote desktop assistance to users within the local network;
  • Offering hardware support for various devices including workstations (desktops & laptops), printers, copiers, and mobile devices, along with installations and configurations using Microsoft Intune;
  • Supporting users with software issues in a Windows environment, encompassing MS Office applications, Adobe products, and other specialized software;
  • Utilizing Help Desk software (FreshService) to document and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution;
  • Assisting remote locations with Help Desk inquiries as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience with Office 365 is preferred, including knowledge of:

  • Enterprise Licensing
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint

Compensation is set between $25-$35 USD/hour, contingent on experience.
