About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Jacobs, supporting North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cross-functional support for multiple Agile Release Trains, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams.
  • Monitor and attend Daily Stand-Ups, taking notes to ensure understanding of team-level impacts on Work Order/Project Work.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring necessary information is available for various teams and leadership to enable execution.
  • Prioritize and resolve Cyber Information Planning Systems (CIPS) activity In-Accordance-With (IAW) assigned priority levels.
  • Review assigned Electronic/CIPS requests and support site surveys, drafting and submitting Technical Solutions and costing.
  • Familiarize yourself with implementation/integration processes, devising and drafting Bill-of-Materials/Rough-Orders of Magnitude.
  • Track Material Orders (MO), expectation of delivery, and create Purchase Orders (PO).
Requirements
  • Active TS with SCI Eligibility.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of directly related experience.
  • 4 years of work history.
  • Experience with requirement tools, plans, schedules, and coordination of detailed phases of work.
  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in network communications processes and technologies.
  • Demonstrated excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good oral/written communication skills and analytical capabilities.
Desired Requirements
  • Project Management related BS/BA.
  • Entry-level Project Management Certification (CAPM) or SCRUM entry-level certification.
  • Familiarity with Project Management on legacy transport/network systems.
  • PMP Certification.
