ROLE OVERVIEW:

- Provide expert advice to clients regarding the appropriate utilities for their new residence.

- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and intelligence in all customer interactions via phone, text, and email.

- Manage and convert warm leads by making numerous outbound calls, texts, and emails daily.

- Accurately document customer interactions, purchases, and other necessary details in our technology platform.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving both personal and team activity and production targets.

- You possess an ownership mentality and excel in being relational, driven, disciplined, and receptive to coaching.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively multitask.

- You are self-motivated and ready to put in the effort to succeed; you thrive in a competitive environment.

- You have a proven track record in a previous sales role.

REQUIREMENTS:

- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS ESSENTIAL

- PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

BENEFITS:

- Access to warm leads; no need for lead generation or prospecting.

- A collaborative office environment with daily interactions.

- Compensation package includes a base salary of $46,000 plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, along with various incentives.

- Paid time off (PTO) and recognized holidays.

Insurance:
Health, Dental & Vision coverage available.

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekends or nights.
