Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Specialist include:

Cultivating and strengthening relationships with various referral partners Maintaining and expanding connections with existing referral sources Building rapport with clients and referral sources Taking proactive steps to achieve objectives Educating the community about the advantages of home care and FirstLight's services Participating in networking functions, particularly those focused on the senior demographic

The ideal candidate will possess:

A background in business, marketing, or a related discipline Two to five years of relevant experience in networking or community liaison roles Comprehensive knowledge of the non-medical home care or healthcare sector Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and maintain long-term relationships The ability to effectively navigate the demands of the position
