Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Westport, CT. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for managing the showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, reorders, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Customer Service: Communicate directly with our customer service team to edit, pull, or look up orders, and provide exceptional customer service to our showroom visitors.
- Showroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including canvases, inventory, threads, and other materials.
- Package Handling: Handle, input, and organize all incoming packages, and ensure timely processing and distribution.
- Event Management: Operate Stitch Nights and other showroom events, and curate a showroom that showcases our products in an attractive and inviting manner.
- Content Creation: Assist with content shoots and clean-up, and help with fulfillment for e-commerce orders.
- Storage and Inventory: Manage the storage unit and inventory, and take on additional showroom projects as needed.
- Needlepointer: Experience with needlepoint and a passion for the craft.
- Drive and Enthusiasm: A strong work ethic, drive, and enthusiasm for the role and the company.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
