Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of both pedestrian and mobile areas.
  • Ensure the protection and safety of company assets, guests, and team members.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures; document incidents as necessary.
  • Monitor and report any procedural violations or illegal activities.
  • Complete departmental log forms and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted at the end of your shift.
  • Assist in emergency situations as directed.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints effectively, utilizing active listening skills to manage challenging situations while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during special events.
  • No specific experience or educational requirements are necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Must possess the ability to see, hear, walk, run, sit, squat, bend, reach, and grasp objects throughout the shift in various weather conditions.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Shift Details

  • Day and evening shifts available
  • Monday to Friday
  • Holidays and weekends included
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Event-based scheduling
  • Overtime as required
