Job Title: Outpatient Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary:

The Outpatient Dialysis Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
