Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeper to join our team at The Shores Resort and Spa. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is meeting their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities to ensure efficient and effective service
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including linens and towels, in accordance with our Green Program standards
  • Practice safety standards and report any hazards or concerns to management
  • Respect guests' property and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor
