Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Drvn is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-platform social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage content plans for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to refine strategies and inform content creation.
  • Create, curate, and oversee the distribution of high-quality, engaging, and original content across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers and industry leaders to amplify Drvn's reach and credibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics using analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and overall strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing B2B social media, with a deep understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in using StoryChief or similar content management systems, and experience with analytics tools to measure and report on KPIs.
  • Strong background in influencer marketing, content creation, and brand engagement.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content to different platforms.
