About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Management Support Supervisor to join our team at Beneficial State Bank. As a key member of our Treasury Management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Treasury Management Support Associates and Specialists, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient operation of our Treasury Management products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Treasury Management Support Associates and Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our corporate, small business, and personal online banking clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Client Treasury Managers to support their sales efforts, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing servicing of our Treasury Management products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Treasury Management-related products, services, and principles, including ACH, EFT, Check & ACH Positive Pay, RDC, Wire transfers, and other TM products.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies, including BSA/Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, Privacy, and Anti-Discrimination.
  • Monitor workloads in the department, ensuring appropriate distribution and maintaining staffing levels to support Treasury client needs.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues, resolving them to a satisfactory conclusion, and ensuring timely response and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify risk issues associated with Treasury Management products and recommend appropriate risk management strategies to protect the bank's interests.
  • Accountable for attaining team key performance measurements and tracking customer service activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5-7 years of banking experience, including 4-5 years of experience in cash management or Treasury Management fulfillment.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving results.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Windows environment, with effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with general supervision.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems.
  • Automated Clearing House (ACH) experience is highly recommended.
  • Thorough knowledge of all Business, Commercial Deposit products, and Treasury products and services.
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, with effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze customer credit data and other related financial information.
