We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Banking Administrative Assistant to support senior-level management in our Investment Banking division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with clients and professionals across multiple offices.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to senior-level management, including answering and routing inbound calls, circulating correspondence, and preparing client presentations and reports.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries, coordinating meetings, and managing special events.
- Develop relationships with other Wedbush departments to facilitate the smooth functioning of administrative responsibilities.
- Manage and oversee expense requests, allocate department expenses, and track client/transaction expenses.
- Prepare and/or approve accounts payable requests, invoices for payment, and expense reports.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
- 2 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, ideally in a financial services-related firm or large corporate environment.
- Knowledge of corporate finance, investment banking, and securities transactions highly desirable.
- Must be highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of multi-line phone systems and other office technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
