Pharmacy Technician

In this role as a Pharmacy Technician, you will assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation and dispensing of medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and labeling medications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and allergy information.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective workflow, including receiving and processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Prefer good math skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and label medications.
Prefer good computer skills, with experience using pharmacy software and systems.
Prefer PTCB certification, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
