Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the premises.
  • Open and secure the center, ensuring all entry points are functional.
  • Manage heating and cooling systems effectively.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Dispose of waste and replace trash liners throughout the facility.
  • Conduct routine window cleaning and maintain the exterior of the building.
  • Carry out minor repairs such as touch-ups and plumbing fixes.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is operational and conduct monthly safety drills.
  • Assist in kitchen cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
Experience in custodial or facility maintenance work is required. Candidates must be willing to undergo background checks and complete necessary training. A basic understanding of repair work is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
Applicants should possess the ability to read and write in English, manage inventory, and perform basic repairs. Physical requirements include frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
