We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to promote positive behavioral change.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently in Texas.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- 100% outpatient work with a focus on patient care.
