Job Title: Plumbing Journeyman Trainee

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Journeyman Trainee to join our team at Kimbel Mechanical Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting experienced plumbers in installing, modifying, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures.

• Inspect, install, modify, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures according to applicable building codes and regulations.
• Learn from experienced plumbers and gain hands-on experience in the trade.
• Assist with electrical and safety issues, identifying problems and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Read blueprints and technical documents to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Manage quality control and ensure that all work meets high standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
• Leadership skills and ability to empower individuals on your team.
• Excellent communication skills for working with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year salary based on experience.
