Job Summary:

As a Material Expeditor at Butler America Aerospace, LLC., you will play a critical role in expediting, routing, and dispatching materials and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Your attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems will ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review master production schedules to determine possible and actual shortages
• Alert proper authorities of potential problems and take corrective action
• Generate progress reports on schedule status and maintain records of completed orders
• Expedite materials, including repairing damaged material or arranging in-house transportation
• Report on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications
